Find out what's actually going on and layout what needs to happen to reach your goals.

Before anything, we need to see how the business actually runs today. You know your business better than anyone, but when you're in it every day, it's hard to see the full picture. My job is to step in with fresh eyes, get a full, documented view of what's happening across your systems, your data, and your workflows, and give you the big picture perspective that's nearly impossible to get from the inside. And more often than not, what I find underneath the surface tells a different story than what it looks like from the inside.

We start with a 2-hour deep dive call, then I spend two weeks inside your actual software, your data, your workflows, looking at how things are really set up. At the end, we debrief everything on a 90-minute call: where you are, what's working, what's not, and exactly what needs to happen next to get to where you want to be. Afterwards, you’ll have access to your full report and call transcripts in a Shared Google Drive.

I'm your dedicated operations partner: implementing systems, documenting processes, building SOPs, rolling out software, defining roles and responsibilities, strategy, and so much more.
I manage the project and provide hands on implementation. That along with meeting weekly to make decisions together creates an efficient work flow that keeps projects moving forward.

Partnership is a monthly retainer where the intensity evolves over time. Early on, I'm in the thick of it, building and implementing. As systems take hold and your team gets trained, my role shifts to maintenance, optimization, and strategy. The goal is a business that runs on its own, not one that depends on me being there.
There is a three month minimum because this work doesn't happen in a sprint. Most engagements are 6-9 months.

You have one specific thing that needs to get knocked out and you just need someone who knows what they're doing to sit down and do it with you. We get on a call, we tackle it, and you walk away with it finished.

I offer these on Thursdays and Fridays with at least 2 days notice (less notice in certain circumstances.)
